precision hydraulics, deliver maximum performance, with high reproduction of the manufacture cycle parameters of for an extensive period of time, which allows to minimize defects (reducing the final product cost) in production. The injection molding machine clamping force from 50 to 270 tons. Injection pressure up to 3,000 bar.
Various accessory equipment is supplied by both European and Asian companies.
The enterprise has all the necessary peripherals to implement the capabilities inherent in the injection moulding tooling (industrial cooling devices, dryers for raw materials, injection molds thermostatic control, raw materials vacuum loaders, proportional blenders of primary and secondary material, volumetric dispensers of colorant and other additives, hot runner controllers...).
The central office is located in the city of Ioshkar Ola, Mari El Republic; plastic molding manufacturing workshop is located in the city of Novocheboksarsk, Chuvash Republic.
