How we work
If you HAVE a press mould
- You provide us with information on the product and injection moulding tools (drawings, samples, approximate monthly/quarterly demand, material, additional machining, packaging, mould dimensions, number of cavities, cycle time… the more information the better).
- We pre-calculate the cost of molding the products.
- If you are satisfied with the price of the product, we conclude an agreement for the manufacture of products on customer-owned molding tools.
If you HAVE NO press mould
- You provide us with product information (drawings, samples, approximate monthly/quarterly demand, material, additional machining, packaging… the more information the better)
- We advise on the manufacture of injection moulding equipment, depending on the dimensions, complexity of geometry, complexity of mechanics, production time:
- Either our specialists can design and manufacture tooling or we will suggest you where it can be done.
